In April 2015, LG revealed to the world its newest smartphone device, the 5.5 inch screen G4 and many of Americans became fans right away, unfortunately it was only available for purchasing in LG`s native country of Korea.
Thankfully, LG is now giving the whole world the opportunity to take a closer look and purchase their new device.
First, the G4 will arrive to Hong Kong and then, it will probably follow a route through Turkey, Russia and Singapore, before finally being released in most of Europe, North America and other Asian and African countries.
However, specific launching date for the G4 have not yet been establish, so the wait might go on for a while longer.
The new G4 is quite different from what we are used to from LG smartphones and many users are thrilled by the possibility of actually purchasing such a mobile device.
The price of the mobile phone is set to be around $600 and if you buy the phone through an US carrier deal, you might be able to get it for about $200.
The G4 comes at the same price as the new Samsung Galaxy S6, but it is about $100 cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge.
So, if you are a big fan of Android OS mobile phones then you will have a difficult time deciding which device to buy: the LG G4 or the Samsung Galaxy S6.
The display is of 5.5 inches and it uses “quantum display”. This insures a far better color reproduction than on any other screen found on a mobile phone.
The front of the phone will have an eight megapixel camera, while the rear camera will be of 16 megapixels. The processor that powers the phone is the most advanced piece of gear that LG has to offer, the 64-bit hexacore CPU Snapdragon 808.
For those of you who expect a new and interesting design when purchasing a smartphone, the G4 might be just the next gadget to invest in, because it will come with a leather back that was hand-crafted. The feel of leather is said to improve users experience using a mobile phone and will provide better grip as well.
Like expected, given its strong partnership with Google, the G4 will arrive with all of Google`s app regarding productivity, pre-installed.
Chrome is the default browser installed on the G4 and it will also come with Chromecast support.
All in all, we are looking forward to seeing what the G4 is like once it arrives in the US, whenever that might happen to be.
