Introduction and General Rules

Wall Street Hedge is an online news media outlet that delivers news coverage and articles to its readership. SPECIFIC STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE COMPLETE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF SUCH LIABILITIES WHEN PERTAINING TO PARTICULAR TYPES OF DAMAGES, IN WHICH CASE, THE WALL STREET HEDGE’S , INCLUDING ALL THE AFOREMENTIONED MANAGERS’, PARTNERS’, DIRECTORS’, EMPLOYEES’, AGENTS’, CONTRIBUTORS’, OFFICERS’, SUBSIDIARIES’, PARENT COMPANIES’, AFFILIATES’ AND LICENSORS’, LIABILITY WILL ONLY BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT AS IT IS PERMITTED BY THE LAW.

You hereby indemnify and hold harmless Wall Street Hedge, including but without limitation, its managers, partners, directors, employees, agents, contributors, officers, subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates and licensors, from and against any and all costs, damages, losses, claims, expenses that may have resulted out of the following:

  • Your inability to respect the present agreement, including any actual or alleged violations of our Terms of Service;
  • Any case of copyright infringement regarding or pertaining to the user generated content that you have submitted or transmitted;
  • Your use, misuse or inability to use the services as they are provided and under the herein described provisions.

This agreement, including our Privacy Policy, represents our sole statement and are the two documents that completely describe the rules and regulations governing your use of the services.
