Battery life is an important feature when it comes to choosing the right device for you.
Apple just released a new model of iPhone, the iPhone 7 and the people are already starting to complain about how bad the battery life of their phone is. Although it has a lot of new improvement and it is considered the best smartphone on the market the battery life of this device is and has always been really bad. The people who buy this device have reported several times that there is a need for improvement in this area but the company has not made any changes so far.
A recent study was made in order to compare several devices, including the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, and it showed that this device’s battery is the worst among current generation smartphones. Although the company says that they made this new model resist 2 hours more than the previous one, the battery life is still one of the worst on the market so far.
The test was performed by the gadget testing company Which? and it showed that, compared to its rivals, the iPhone 7 has the worst battery level. They tested the 4 devices on 2 types of activity and iPhone came least on both of them.
The first activity was the “call time”. The leader was HTC 10, followed by LG G5, Samsung Galaxy S7 and the least was iPhone 7. The second activity resumed to internet use and the results were almost the same: HTC 10, Samsung Galaxy S7, LG G5 and as expected iPhone 7 .
Battery life is an important thing when it comes to choosing the right device for you. Despite this, the iPhone values thinness and design more than battery life. This is not good for the users who are going to get bored asking for the same improvement every year and receive exactly the opposite. They are going to start using other devices and the company is going to lose money. If the device is going to have improved battery maybe more people are going to buy it.
Apple is going to release, next year a new generation of iPhone, iPhone 8 and the features that the company says it’s going to have sound great. We’ll have to wait in order to see if the company is going to improve the battery life of this new device.
